August Wilson Theatre has no elevators.
There are 6 steps from the box office lobby into the theatre lobby. There is an additional 25 steps from the lobby to the orchestra seating.
A stair-lift is accessible from the street to the orchestra entrance, bypassing all the stairs. If someone is in a wheelchair or needs to use it (even without a wheelchair) they just need to ask for the house manager to assist upon arrival.


For all ticketed shows and events, seating in the theatre (venue) is assigned together by reservation unless notified otherwise at the time of booking
