National Hotel, Block Island, Rhode Island

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this 3 story, 45 room hotel has been renovated so as to offer the latest conveniences while retaining its nostalgic grace. The Hotel is located in Block Island's historic village. Since it is a historic Victorian Inn, the room configurations are different from a standard hotel and room types will vary. The rooms are decorated in such a way as to create a relaxing and elegant Victorian ambience, while providing such amenities as televisions, telephones, and a private bath. The hotel has a full-service restaurant, the Tap and Grille.

There is no elevator or air conditioning at this hotel. Hotel does provide a fan in each room. The hotel is completely non-smoking.

Restaurant in hotel will be closed for the season during the September 26 departure. Many other restaurants are within walking distance.
