Lecture
This lecture will focus on empowering women, teaching them basic stress relievers and help them to focus on themselves. Women tend to be caregivers and they usually put themselves last. This will help women to understand that they need to sometimes put themselves first in order to better care for their family.



Yoga Class
In this upbeat style of yoga, you are sure to release your stress, have fun, and feel relaxed and energized. You will be introduced to the most basic, practical principles of yoga in a comfortable, gentle atmosphere. The instructor will then lead you through a very basic yoga class, giving you an opportunity to understand what yoga is all about through your own physical experience.
