If you must cancel your motorcoach tour for any reason right up to the time of your departure, the full cost of your tour will be refunded to you (less the Tour Protection fee).

It’s simple… there are no doctor’s notes, pre-existing condition clauses, forms to be filled out, penalties or cancellation charges- no questions asked! And…with Starr’s Interruption Assurance, if your overnight tour is interrupted due to illness or emergency, you will receive a refund for the cost of the remainder of your vacation.

Overnight Tours

TOUr Protection fee is $12 for every $100 increment of tour value.

For example:
Trip value: $101-$200, Fee is $24 pp
Trip value: $201-$300, Fee is $36 pp

One-Day Tours

Tour Protection fee is $10 for every $100 increment of tour value.

For example:
Trip value = $0-$100, Fee is $10 pp  

Starr’s Tour Protection Plan is not offered on certain ticketed events. Starr offers other Tour Protection Plans for our cruise, fly, and rail tours. Tour Protection fee is non-refundable and does not cover increases due to roommate cancellations. Tour Protection must be purchased prior to final payment of your trip.
