Longwood Gardens
Longwood Gardens, known as America's foremost horticultural showplace is located on 1,050 acres and offers manicured gardens, glass enclosed conservatories, spectacular illuminated fountains, festivals and holiday displays. Longwood's 20 indoor gardens are breathtaking any day of the year!

Longwood celebrates the holidays with unique garden styles. Thousands of brilliant poinsettias, towering Christmas Trees, & fragrant flowers bloom in the Conservatory's crystal palace. Daily concerts fill the Ballroom with music while outdoors 400,000 lights glow in the trees.

Brandywine River Museum of Art
Located on the banks of the Brandywine River, the Brandywine River Museum of Art is a unique showcase for American art. This Civil War Era gristmill converted into a modern museum is famous for its collection of art by the Wyeth family and for its fine collections of American illustration, still life and landscape painting.

A Brandywine Christmas promises delightful family fun with a spectacular O-gauge model train display with trains running on nearly 2,000 feet of track, and a collection of rare antique dolls dressed in beautiful period clothing, plus thousands of whimsical Critters (ornaments and decorations handcrafted by Brandywine volunteers from natural materials) displayed on towering trees soaring up through the museum's three-story atrium.
