Cafe Lafayette Scenic Dinner Train
Enjoy a scenic dinner train ride along the fields and forests of the Pemigewasset River and travel through the award winning Jack O'Lantern Golf Resort in the heart of the White Mountain Region of New Hampshire.

Ride in the "Granite Eagle" one of three beautifully restored Pullman dining cars while enjoying four courses of fine food served to you in the Grand European manner.
As dinner is served, period music keeps time with the rail's rhythmic rumbling, punctuated by the haunting wail of the engine's whistle.

After dinner, with the compartment lights down low and the dramatic sunset outside your window, you may allow yourself a wistful romantic journey back in time, and you might wish the evening would never end.

Total experience is two-hours and 20 miles round trip.

Mount Washington Cog Railway
The World's First Mountain Climbing Cog Railway

Enjoy a scenic train ride to the Summit of Mount Washington, the Northeast's Highest Peak!

The round-trip cog ride takes approximately three hours, generally including a one hour stop at the summit. We recommend that you bring a camera and extra jacket or sweater. Trains run rain, snow or shine and may be steam or diesel powered.

Browse through the spacious gift shop, visit the museum, have lunch while watching the trains wind their way up the mountain or sit back and savor the natural beauty of the White Mountains.

Conway Valley Scenic Railroad
On The Conway Valley Train, you'll enjoy an authentic railroading experience as you journey on historic rail routes from their 1874 train station in North Conway Village to Conway.
On this excursion, you'll travel south past the Moat Mountain Range and parallel Route 16 before passing through farmlands and crossing Moat Brook, the Saco and Swift Rivers on the way to Conway. Here, you can watch the powerful locomotive "run around" the train in preparation of the return trip.

Zeb's General Store
Zeb's General Store embodies the nostalgia and quality offered by the general stores of yesteryear with a decidedly whimsical flair. From the old-fashioned candy counter that lures children off the street to the impressively grand collection of New England made specialty foods, those in search of a wide range of hard-to-find and nostalgic items will relive childhood memories while browsing the store and over 5,000 unique products, all presented in an incredible display of antique store fixtures.

Fadden's General Store & Maple Museum
Located in North Woodstock, VT, the Fadden Family has been producing award winning maple syrup products since the 1930's.

The General Store features many gift items, candles, and souvenirs as well as all of their maple syrup products.

Squam Lake Boat Cruise
Enjoy a wonderful cruise on Squam Lake, home of the movie "On Golden Pond."

Learn about the natural history of the lake, the wildlife that makes Squam so special, and the people who have enjoyed these lakes for over 5,000 years. You may even catch a glimpse of the Common Loons and Bald Eagles that are regularly seen here.

Your cruise is on canopied, heated pontoon boats.

Mill Falls Marketplace
Enjoy free time at Mill Falls Marketplace in Meredith, NH

Mill Falls Marketplace offers a truly unique shopping and dining experience. The Marketplace features 9 fabulous shops including Lee's Candy Kitchen and Ben & Jerry's, 3 distinctive dining options throughout the resort, brick walkways, flower gardens, a 40-foot waterfall, and views of Lake Winnipesaukee.

The Kancamagus Scenic Highway
This is undoubtedly one of the most scenic routes through the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The "Kanc," as locals call it, climbs to nearly 3,000 feet on the flank of Mt. Kancamagus. The Kancamagus Highway was named for an early Indian Chief of the Penacook Confederacy. Called "The Fearless One," Chief Kancamagus tried to keep the peace between his people and the white settlers. However, repeated harassment by the English ended his efforts, bringing war and bloodshed. In the early 1690s, Kancamagus and his followers moved to northern New Hampshire or Canada. Along the highway, you will visit the Rocky Gorge Scenic Area and see where the Swift River has, over time, worn a narrow cleft through solid stone. Here you can appreciate Mother Nature's handiwork at its best while you wander the paths of the gorge to lovely Falls Pond.

Residence Inn by Marriott North Conway hotel is the premier all-suite North Conway hotel.

The hotel features an indoor pool and fitness center.

Guest suites inlcude a fully-equipped kitchen, iron/board, and hair dryer.
