Not only was booking a very simple process, their web payment options and down payment was very easy to follow. There was no back and forth, and they really provided the best deal for us; which means a lot operating on a limited budget. Customer service and correspondence with Lynn was top notch, and our bus driver was phenomenal. He was an awesome guide and had a wonderful sense of humor. The bus was very clean, smelled fresh, and operated smoothly. I will forever choose Starr tours as my go-to for any transportation needs.
