Starr will depart the game 1/2 hour after the game officially ends.

No cans, thermoses, or glass or aluminum bottles are permitted in Yankee Stadium. Exceptions are made for guests with medical needs, baby bottles, unopened soft sided single-serve containers (e.g. small milk cartons, juice boxes, etc.), clear factory sealed plastic water bottles 1 liter in size or smaller, and empty plastic sports bottles. Exceptions are made at the sole and absolute discretion of the Yankees.

Each guest is welcome to bring one bag into Yankee Stadium provided the bag is soft-sided (e.g., diaper bags, small purses, etc.) and its dimensions do not exceed 16 inches by 16 inches by 8 inches as stipulated by Major League Baseball security regulations. Briefcases, coolers and hard-sided bags and containers are not permitted. All bags will be thoroughly inspected before they are permitted into the Stadium. Bag-size bins will be used at inspection points, and bags and their contents must fit without assistance, modifications or adjustment. There is no storage area for any items that do not meet security requirements. No items will be claim checked.

Re-entry will not be permitted.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire stadium.

Baseball Game Cancelation/Rain-out Policy:
Weather is an unfortunate complication when it comes to outdoor special events such as baseball games. In an attempt to fairly plan for the variety of circumstances that can revolve around the timing of any postponed game, STARR would like to offer the following explanation of our policies.
Starr's Tour Protection is highly recommended. Tour Protection fee is $10 for every $100 increment of tour value.
If Tour Protection is purchased and the customer's cancelation is made PRIOR to departure (as per policy), a full refund (less the cost of the Tour Protection) will be issued no later than 3 weeks. The canceled tickets are the property of Starr Tours. If the customer does not cancel and doesn't show up OR travels to the game and the game is postponed while en route or after arrival, the policies below will apply.
Without the purchase of Tour Protection, once clients have made payment for their trip, they own the tickets to the event (although they don't have them in their possession). If a game is postponed, STARR will not be re-scheduling the trip. Refunds, as outlined below, will not include the cost of the ticket.
Cancelation prior to departure- If the game you are planning to attend should be postponed prior to the time that the bus is scheduled to pick you up, then all payments to Starr (minus the cost of the ticket will be refunded). Clients may travel, on their own, to the re-scheduled game, and utilize their ticket. (Starr will mail you your ticket). STARR has no liability to offer transportation to the game on the re-scheduled date.
Cancelation on game day (after departure)- Should a game be postponed while the bus is en route or prior to a complete game being played, no refunds will be issued. Clients may travel, on their own, to the rescheduled game, and utilize their ticket. STARR has no liability to offer transportation to the event on the re-scheduled date.
Tickets for a postponed game may be used on the rescheduled date or (depending on availability) exchanged for another game.
