Dorchester County Vistors Center
Here we'll meet our local Tour Guide and travel through the lush pine forest and over the waterways of Dorchester County enroute to Hoopers Island. Enjoy the scenery while we are educated and entertained about the history and way of life in the area. Upon arrival on Hoopers Island, we will ride by some notable landmarks and travel over the narrows Ferry Bridge where we'll see both the Chesapeake Bay and Honga River.

Old Salty's Restaurant
Enjoy a local, home cooked, buffet style Seafood lunch.

Old Salty's restaraunt is located in Fishing Creek, MD in the island's historic schoolhouse. Fishing Creek is a quaint little fishing village surrounded by water with the Chesapake Bay on one side and Honga River on the other side.

Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge Vistors Center & Gift Shop
The Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge Vistors Center & Gift Shop contains exhibits that illustrate many of the wildlife species that call Dorchester County home. It also features a theater with an introductory film, a butterfly garden, telescopes through which eagle and osprey nest can be seen, and much more!

Blackwater's Wildlife Drive
We will travel through the Refuge on the Wildlife Drive for a close-up view of some of the wildlife. Watch for bald eagles, various waterfowl, sika and white-tail deer, Delmarva Fox Squirrel, and other species!

Emily's Produce
A produce market that is operated by a family that has farmed the fields of Dorchester County for 7 generations. You can find a wide selection of fruits and vegetables, meats, jams, jellies, relishes, plants, and so much more!

Kool Ice & Seafood
KOOL Ice & Seafood Co provides ice, bait, and the freshest seafood on the Eastern Shore! We will have the opportunity to purchase seafood to take home. Bring your own coolers with ice!
