Morgan Horse Farm
The University of Vermont Morgan Horse Farm is dedicated to the preservation and improvement of the Morgan Horse through breeding and selection. Designated as a site on the National Register of Historic Places, the farm is also home to significant Morgan history and a variety of educational programs.

Enjoy a film and guided tour of the barns and facilities. Our visit concludes with a riding demonstration.

Rock of Ages Granite Quarry
The Rock of Ages Granite Quarry attracts thousands of people from all over the globe to see the World's largest dimension granite quarries located in Barre, Vermont, "The Granite Center of the World."

Upon arrival, a guide will board our coach and take you to the active quarry. Watch the quarriers as they cut the granite from the sheer face as the guide explains the recovery method and some interesting geology and history.
Afterwards in the Visitor's Center, view a video presentation about the quarry, browse the gift shop for fine-quality granite gifts, look at the historic photos and watch the artisans at work in the factory adjacent to the Visitors Center.

Vermont State House
The Vermont General Assembly and the Friends of the Vermont State House welcome your visit and invite you to view one of the nation�s oldest and best preserved state capitols. As you tour the halls and chambers you will develop a sense of what makes this historic building and the state for which it was build unique. After 140 years, the Vermont State House still commands the landscape of Montpelier, the smallest capital city in America. The House and Senate chambers are the oldest legislative chambers in their original condition anywhere in the country.

Quechee Gorge
At Quechee Gorge, see the gorgeous scenery and a spectacular view of Vermont's "Little Grand Canyon" 162 feet above the Ottauquechee River.

New England Maple Museum
Learn about Vermont's Maple industry. Learn the complete story of maple sugaring from sap to syrup in the world's largest maple museum. See the artifacts and taste the finished product at the food and syrup tasting counter. See what makes sugaring the tradition of Vermont.

The Pointe Hotel at Castle Hill Resort

Situated amidst the natural beauty of the Green Mountains in southern Vermont, and just a short distance from Okemo Mountain, The Pointe at Castle Hill Resort and Spa, offers one of Vermont�s most picturesque yet intimate settings.

The hotel offers an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and game room.

The hotel serves breakfast daily. There is not a full service restaurant or lounge on property.
The Castle Hill Resort serves wine/beer, however, guests have to climb a hill to get from the Pointe Hotel to the Castle.

Guestrooms feature coffeemaker, hair dryer & mini refrigerator.
