Colonial Williamsburg
Colonial Williamsburg is a historic site of 173 acres, featuring preserved and restored buildings surviving from the era when Williamsburg was capital of the Virginia Colony and a gathering place for the leaders of the American Revolution. Colonial homes, public buildings, craft shops, special events, demos, and activities are offered on varying seasonal schedules. Costumed interpreters bring to life the residents of this 18th century town. Admission includes access to the Historic Area including the Capitol, Governor's Palace, and museums.

"Revolutionary City" takes place from 2:30-5pm on Duke of Gloucester St. Costumed characters reenact revolutionary events such as The Stamp Act, and the Boston Tea Party.

Jamestown Settlement
Experience America's adventure at Jamestown Settlement, a living history museum recreating the first permanent English colony in the New World. Costumed historical interpreters demonstrate 17th century daily life.

Gift shop and cafe located on premises.

American Revolution Museum at Yorktown
The American Revolution Museum at Yorktown chronicles America's struggle for independence from the beginnings of colonial unrest to the information of the new nation. Exhibit areas include an outdoor time line, indoor exhibition galleries, museum theater, and outdoor living history in re-created settings.

Trolley Tour of Fredericksburg, VA
The Trolley Tours of Fredericksburg include views of historic homes, attractions, and the famous Sunken Road, site of the Battle of Fredericksburg. 35 monuments, markers & attractions are included in the tour along with the Confederate & Federal Cemeteries, and America's oldest Masonic Cemetery. You will also see the city's oldest churches, the court house, city hall, and the river front.

Trolley is not wheelchair accessible and has three steps.

Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel, Williamsburg, VA

The Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel is conveniently located next to the Visitor Center in Williamsburg.

The hotel features a Fitness Room and outdoor pool.

The hotel serves Deluxe Continental Breakfast and is next to Huzzah! BBQ Grille (Serves dinner only).

Guestrooms include coffeemaker, iron/board, hairdryer, and refrigerator.

The hotel is non-smoking.

Complimentary shuttle buses to the historic area (50 pax) pick up at the Visitor Center next to the hotel. There is a walkway that connects the hotel to the shuttle stop.
Shuttles run every 5-10 min. It takes about 10-15 minutes to do a full loop around the historic area.
