-For all ticketed shows and events, seating in the theatre (venue) is assigned together by reservation unless notified otherwise at the time of booking.

Please download your favorite App for navigation through the Theatre District / Midtown. "New York Offline Map" is a good one.

If you like to plan in advance, we recommend you use an app (like google, yelp, opentable, etc) to find restaurants nearby the theatre. Keep in mind there will be many places you can just pop into for a bite to eat - no reservations required!

Guests who do not comply with protocols will be denied entry or asked to leave the theatre.

Key to NYC Vaccination- Requirements for Indoor Activities:
* People 12 and older participating in public indoor activities will be required to show proof they have received two vaccine doses, except for those who have received the one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. (note: heads up- BOOSTER may possibly be required in the future)

* Children ages 5 to 11 are required to have proof of at least 1 does of a vaccine for public indoor activities.

*** Starting 1/29/22: everyone 5 and older must be fully vaccinated. If you cannot be vaccinated you must provide proof of a negative COVID 19 test (PCR test within 72 hours or rapid antigen test within 6 hours of performance; at-home rapid tests will not be accepted).

For proof of vaccination, you can use:
-CDC Vaccination Card. A digital photo or photocopy of this card is also acceptable.
-NYC Vaccination Record or other official immunization record, including from your health care provider. A digital photo or photocopy of this card is also acceptable.
-NYC COVID Safe App: You can upload to this app a photo of your CDC vaccination card or other official record, along with your photo ID.
-CLEAR Health Pass: You can use the digital vaccine card option in the CLEAR app if you are 18 and older and are fully vaccinated.

-Jacobs Theatre:
Seating is accessible to all parts of the Orchestra without steps.
No elevator or escalator is available.
